What is ACE-031 Portugal ?
ACE031 is a protein therapeutic developed by Acceleron Pharma to treat Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) and soluble form of activin receptor type IIB (ActRIIB) that helps in muscle growth. Studies have shown it helps in improving muscle growth by binding to myostatin and other negative controllers of muscle mass.
Portugal Research shows that it has been developed to help address muscle weakness and deterioration for research purposes. This is a symptom of many neuromuscular diseases, including muscular dystrophy.
ACE-031 pre-mixed pen Portugal works by hindering the action of specific proteins in the body, such as myostatin. Myostatin acts as natural ‘brakes’ to bound muscle growth and size. Studies have shown the muscle grows larger and stronger when these substances are prohibited from working on muscle cells. ACE-031 Portugal is hoped to help maintain or enhance muscle in patients who have muscular dystrophy.
Since ACE 031 is a protein therapeutic, Portugal research has suggested it regulates the muscle growth by proteins in the body which serve as on or off switches. It consists of a recombinant fusion protein that is created by linking a portion of the human ActRIIB receptor to a part of a human antibody which helps the muscle growth.
When the peptide reduces the off signal that sops the muscle production, muscles become stronger. It helps in building up the muscles and in increasing strength by preventing a bait receptor which binds myostatin before it muddles with (ActRIIB) active type II receptor For Research Only.

Pen instructions
All of our injection pens will release 0.5ml water every 60 dials.
We mix this product with 2ml water therefore to calculate what 1 dial on the pen will release you will need to divide the full amount of product (e.g. if the product has 5mg divide 5000mcgs) by the full amount of dials on the pen (240)
